Here is the finished full external renovation of a Sydney home. BEFORE fibro renovation

Note the roof /gutters and facias had already been renovated (you can tell it is a painted roof because it has been pointed before it was painting, whereas I point after I apply two roof membranes, then the house gets the apearance of a new tile roof not a painted one).
I installed windows with laminated glass for insulation as the home faces west, and we were able to discard the old awnings which dated the home. The eaves were clad in Icon eave sheet.
A new colour bond awning and carport were installed .
And of course Palliside UPVC weatherboards which will not fade, powder, warp, burn or hail damaged were installed as they also insulated the house and never need painting,

Peakhurst, Sydney home cladding

The two Sydney home cladding jobs in the photos are different homes I renovated in the same street 10 years apart.
See if you can guess which one is a 10 years older renovation!
I will give you a clue the house with the solar panels was finished in 2013 (look closely and you will see it has our new rusticated corners).
The other home was completed 10 years previously in 2003

Toongabbie, Sydney 15 year old Cladding renovation

Took this photo October 2013
The cladding renovation was completed in 1998, the job has been done for 15 years.
It looks like it was done yesterday!
Firstly, the terracotta tile roof was restored.
New colorbond gutter/facia/downpipes installed.
The eaves were clad and the fibro walls were covered in Palliside weatherboard cladding.
The windows were fitted and we installed colonial bars on them.
So after 15 years still looks the same as the day I finished it!

Tregear, Sydney Home Cladding renovation

The windows and Palliside weatherboards are matching colours (primrose).
The roof has been restored, note the pointing has been done after the membranes have been applied.

BEFORE Cladding renovation

The eaves have been clad in Icon eave sheet which never needs painting and the gutters, facias and downpipes are in colorbond, so no painting is needed on this home in the future, it is now maintenance free!
