House Cladding Products and House Cladding Materials House Cladding Products and House Cladding MaterialsIn the 1980′s an aluminium awning was added to cover the patio of the original home and another awning was attached above the front bedroom window and aluminium windows were installed. By 2013 it was in need of a facelife and so we went to work!

Palliside UPVC weatherboards were installed over the old timber weatherboards, insulating the home and eliminating the need for painting ever again. Rainwater system was renewed using Colorbond gutters ,facia cover and down pipes to eliminate painting. Icon UPVC eave sheeting, which never needs painting, was fitted to cover the existing asbestos eave sheeting.

A colonial window hood replaced the old brown and white one over the front window. A new colorbond awning replaced the old aluminium one over the patio. The terracotta roof tiles were restored, cleaned anti-fungicide applied, broken tiles replaced, the ridges and gables re-beded and repointed in flexipiont. And lastly the red texture bricks were clad in sandstone cladding. A new home!
