Before
1960’s terracota /fibro/timber window cottage,structurally sound . Just the use- by date of the exterior has passed.

After
The terracotta roof was overhauled, broken tiles, replaced, cleaned, rebedded where necessary and pointed then an anti-fungicide apply to kill the lichen spores . A roof ventilator was fitted.
Colorbond gutter and facia in black were fitted with matching black cladding windows with grey laminated glass(front of the home faced west) screens/locks the inside of the windows have dressed maple reveals and 65mm architraves as standard .The eaves were clad and Palliside UPVC weatherboards fitted ,after 9 years there is no fading or powdering.
The home looks the same as the day it was finished!
