Palliside is an A-type material unlike vinyl and so it is used in new construction as well as recladding.
On this new home I installed the eaves and patio roof with Icon eave sheet and the walls as mentioned before have had Palliside fitted directly on to the studs after breathable sarking was applied.
This new home on the northern beaches will never have to be painted as it was built with maintenance free materials.
