This is an ex housing commission home in St Marys Sydney and as you can see it needed a lot of love and care.
Firstly, we installed a new colorbond roof with a 50 mm foil insulation blanket. Colorbond gutters, facia cover and downpipes were fitted.
The eaves were clad in Icon eave sheet. New aluminium windows and Palliside cladding completed the make over. A new home at the same address and no more painting!
